COVID Response & Shipping Update
As our communities react to the global health crisis caused by COVID-19, our focus remains on supporting the health and livelihood of our employees while caring for our customers and communities. We will continue to share updates here on how Bo Canvas is responding, including updates on our stores and supply chain and how we are supporting our employees and those impacted by this pandemic.
WHY IS MY SHIPMENT TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL?
Some customers may experience shipping delays as we are taking extra precautions in our production centers as we work to help keep our teams safe.
Due to the guidelines we are following set by the WHO and CDC, the efficiency of our production team has decreased. We are allowing as many people as possible to work from home. Anyone else that is involved with the physical hand framing, is working at an approximate 6-foot distance from one another at the warehouse keeping themselves as distant as possible. We are sanitizing our work stations and attempting to sanitize products that are shipping out to our customers. This is what leads to production delays for the most part.
On the other hand, all shipping carriers are experiencing unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of covid-19. We are seeing Shipping delays with our carriers right now due to COVID-19 restrictions that out of our control. We appreciate your patience with us on this.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you have not received your orders yet, please don't panic. We guarantee all orders will be delivered.
If your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If your order is processing, we are working on it and will ship it as quickly as we can, please reach out to us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service team members will assist you.
HOW ARE YOU KEEPING YOUR PRODUCTION CENTERS & TEAM SAFE?
We are staying positive and working incredibly hard to continue keeping our business afloat while also ensuring the safety of our team and our customers by taking any and EVERY possible safety measure outlined by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Face masks, gloves, and appropriate workstations have been given to team members to ensure their safety.
Covid-19 has affected our business along with the rest of the world. We have increased the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitization efforts in our Production Facility. We’re recommending all employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent handwashing, social distancing, staying home when sick, and pausing all non-essential work travel.
